Its gonna happen!!! quick update!

Hey so tonight at like 7 I am heading over to my friend Michael mikes shop to weld up my estoril pipe and figure out my sweet porting dilemma on my motor.  This makes running the baretta at the rally a reality. I am a bit worried to run a kitted bike at the rally, but it will be fast as heck for a mile or two~!!!!  Pics to come soon!!!

Moped parts have arrived!!!

So I finally got all my moped parts in order. I am really happy. The dellorto carb I had on order didnt come in so I upgraded and bought a dellorto 19mm which should work better with the polini kit anyway. Here are some pics of my sweet new gear. I will be using the exhaust header as the intake arm. Happy pedding!!!! I think This bike is going to LA, but we will see.

Parts have arrived…..well some of them.

So I received my kit and tires back from seattle mopeds saturday, I took the kit out and had a good looksy. This 75cc polini kit looks like a good quality kit for the v1, I am still waiting on a carb to get this thing rolling. I am not sure if the carb I orderd is gonna work with this kit, its a dellorto 16.16, We will see?  I need to have Michael Mike weld up my estoril for this bike as well, It hangs a bit to low to the ground, the new rubber is sweet!!!!!  I will post pics soon of the kit and the bike, I spent most of my day assembling the bike, since I got in mostly pieces.

so i am still waiting on parts for the baretta. waiting sucks…. I hope they get here soon

headlight from hell

So I got my headlight from the tomos on my tfr and it looks dandy!!! too bad I am blowing bulbs like crazy. Anyway, I got a 12v resistor and an h4 bulb for a car to use in the headlight, I am hoping to finish it up tommorow. Here are some pics of how I got the h4 bulb to fit inside the headlight glass. I really hope this works, because my last headlight system was really bad.
